Terms of Service

SeeResult is a trading journal and performance analytics product. It reads the trading history of a MetaTrader 5 account you choose to connect and presents it as a journal, an equity curve, a trading calendar and statistics.

SeeResult does not execute, modify or close trades. It does not hold, receive or transmit your brokerage funds. It is not a broker, an investment adviser, an asset manager or a signal service, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use SeeResult where doing so would breach the laws that apply to you.

You register with an email address and a password (or Google sign-in) plus a contact number, and you must confirm your email before privileged actions such as connecting a broker account or purchasing a subscription. Accounts are for one person; do not share credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

SeeResult is a paid product with two plans: Beginner at $12/month and Professional at $30/month. Both plans are available on monthly or annual billing. There is no free plan and no trial. Creating an account does not grant a plan — access to the journal begins only after our payment provider confirms your payment.

Prices are stated in US dollars and may be charged in your local currency by our payment provider at the rate applied at the time of payment; your bank may add its own fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from Subscription & Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because access is granted immediately on payment, payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you, or where we are unable to deliver the service you paid for. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact billing@seeresult.app and we will look into it.

You are responsible for the broker account you connect and for complying with your broker's terms. You confirm you are entitled to connect that account and to have its history processed by SeeResult.

Synchronization depends on your broker and on third-party connectivity, so it can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Figures shown in SeeResult are for review purposes; your broker's own statements remain the authoritative record of your account.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Every trading decision you make is yours alone, whatever SeeResult displays. You are responsible for the accuracy of the notes, rules and plans you enter, and for any content you upload.

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service; do not reverse engineer it or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization or rate limits; do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; do not attempt to access another user's data; and do not use the service to send spam or to abuse our providers.

SeeResult, its software, design, brand and content are owned by us and licensed to you for use of the service only. Your data — your trades, notes, rules, plans and uploads — remains yours, and you grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of the service.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and maintenance, provider outages or issues at your broker can interrupt access or synchronization. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SeeResult relies on third parties including our database and authentication provider, the MT5 connectivity bridge, our payment provider, Telegram for companion messaging, our email provider, hosting infrastructure and AI model providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. They are listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can stop using SeeResult at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or its providers, or is used unlawfully. Where a suspension is our decision and you have not breached these terms, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

SeeResult is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any metric, score or analysis is complete or free of error, and we make no representation about your trading results. No content in SeeResult is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeResult is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, from synchronization delays or gaps, or from third-party outages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email at the address on your account, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
